Come learn to spin fiber into yarn! In this workshop we will cover the basics of spinning wool into yarn. Fiber is provided, but participants should bring their own wheel or make arrangements to borrow one. Multiple bobbins are helpful, but not required. This workshop is suitable for those who have never spun or who are new to spinning and want to gain confidence.
Instructor: Stephanie Sexton
Bio: Stephani has been knitting since 2001, spinning since 2008 and weaving since 2016. She enjoys natural fibers, always has a knitting project with her and would like to expand her weaving skills. She has two slightly feral children, holds a degree in Botany from Oregon State and works as a computer drafter at an engineering firm.
