Workshop and Seminar Online On-line Registration Policy

1. Registration for workshops and seminars is done on the guild website, under Calendar.

2. Full payment is required at the time of registration via the website. No checks will be accepted.

3. If the workshop/seminar is full, you may register for the Waitlist RSVP. It tracks wait-listed members in order.

4. Registration is transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may find a replacement on your own, a friend, for example. The friend will pay the registration fee to you directly. You must then notify the guild of the name change through workshop@coswg.org. The guild will not reimburse your registration fee.

5. If you are unable to attend AND there is a wait list, it is your responsibility to contact workshop@coswg.org as soon as possible. The Coordinator will cancel your registration and contact the next person on the Waitlist RSVP to register online. When the replacement’s fee is paid, the guild will reimburse your registration fee.

6. If a replacement is not found via numbers 4 or 5 above, the registration fee will not be refunded. This is because the cost of the workshop does not change.

7. Material Fees (if any) are to be paid to the workshop instructor at the beginning of class. Do not include them with your workshop registration payment.

8. If the workshop is canceled for any reason, participants shall be refunded all workshop fees.

9. If participant fee income exceeds the adjusted fixed cost, excess income goes to the Memorial Fund.

10. Copyright Notice: All digital or printed handouts, lecture materials, study guides and recordings provided by the instructor for purposes of this in-person or online workshop, seminar or program are the property of the instructor, and may be copyrighted. No part of these materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior permission of the instructor.
